  - Placed and worked under Engineering Services Department (ESD).- Provided solutions to clients based on various requests/enquiries such as crane performance upgrade, crane lifting capacity upgrade, crane components replacement due to being obsolete or wear and tear etc.- Provided lifting solutions for various crane components.- Prepared and provided Method Statements for crane erection and dismantling at site.- Prepared Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures for cranes.- Involved in Knuckle Boom Crane (KBC) project, the very first model design of our company.- Designed cabin platform to place cabin, davit (for emergency escape), access to pedestal platform below and winch platform above based on several code of practice and based on client's requirements.- Structural Analysis and FEA was used in the design process to check certain criteria such as deflection of beam, bending stresses on beam and etc.- Design cabin platform handrails and access ladder with brackets.- Provided lifting solutions for Machinery Tub Assembly and Powerpack Assembly.
