  Guiding potential students to the relevant room for their interview.Giving potential students and parents a tour of the facilities and faculty.Answering questions where possible or advising on where to ask for further information. Working alongside Denise Callender in the CCI faculty. I will be organising and setting up exhibitions, creating newsletters and post to staff and students, producing blog entries on Wordpress, as well as promoting the information through the CCI twitter and Facebook pages Liaising with lecturers and other students to voice concerns that occurred during the course of the yearAttending regular faculty meetings between University staff and students regarding to discuss concerns about other departments and ongoing resolutionsAttending student representative skills workshops and voicing views on how to help improve on being rep and how courses could be altered to enhance learning for students Taking on the chairperson role in a group of 12 to produce, promote and host an exhibition as part of Professional Practice and Promotion. Was also part of the fund-raising team and helped to raise up to nearly £1000 to put towards the costs of the venue and promotional tools.
