Successfully passed the JIPM 1st stage assessment for Category B award. - Guided , trained and facilitated 5s deployment process in the factory & office area. Project Manager: - Established the Cold forging facility & Bevel Gear machining facility with 75% OEE ( 25% above the benchmark) including - Forging press, transfer automation, billet coating line , Processing line , CNC turning centers, Soft & hard broaching machines etc.- Coordinated successfully the new development projects of Planet carrier assembly & cold forged shafts till mass production with the internal CFT.
