      Corona Design is a small firm offering architectural and structural designs of residential and commercial buildings across Orange County, CA.In my role as a Structural Engineer Intern, I have performed different aspects of structural design and evaluation to guarantee safe resistance of forces and loads with special attention. All tasks completed are reported to the supervisor of Benito Corona. My other responsibilities include performing architectural duties, managing field deviation requests around the engineering of gravity and lateral systems, and communicating with clients while maintaining strict compliance with the building and structural standards throughout the process. As a result, I was able to complete 50% of the company’s structural engineer projects with a 100% customer satisfaction rate. Show less
