I administered weekly report templates and managed 50 to 60 student data with Excel to accurately analyze student progress and curriculum effectiveness. With my previous experience as a tutor, I was also able to enhance the onboarding process of new instructors by introducing updated training rubric for new instructors, which reduced training time from four to two weeks. As a head interpreter of the intensive pedagogic sessions between international artists and Mr. Richards, I was able to incorporate my HR knowledge, global background, and cultural awareness to not only translate but to initiate reorganization of workforce allocation. I coordinated employee work schedule and directed meetings to assign each employee with program participants according to work style and project relativity, which dramatically sped up the translation process and increased work productivity.I was also selected as a head interpreter due to excellent interpersonal and management skills and interpreted Seoul Workshop’s final presentations and press conferences in front of 50 to 100 people.
