  UTW initiative aims to provide Egyptian selected students with the technical skills required by market needs in the engineering field.This initiative aims to produce world class skilled students among Egyptian universities and get them well-qualified by developing their technical and professional skills, and molding their characters to cope with the labor market needs. Under the umbrella of Corporate responsibility, ECG Engineering Consultants Group, The Egyptian European Organization for Training and Development (EEOTD), and Rotary Clubs in Egypt, an agreement was set to implement the University to Work initiative. The list of the universities participating in the Initiative includes but does not exclude, Cairo University, Ain Shams University, Banha University, Helwan University, the AUC, El –Shorouk Academy, Nile Academy (NAE), the 6th of October Higher Institute for Technology , Faculty of Fine Arts and Faculty of Applied Arts.The initiative developed my experience in: - BIM Technology - Advanced Statical System - Structure design- lateral loads analysis - Steel design by ( Staad pro and tekla)- Coordination- Soft skills (leadership, Management, communication)- Site implementation (new Giza site) Show less
