  Teamleider operations

  Since 2021 at the height of the corona pandemy. I was promoted as teamleader at the departement of our newest client, Goat Group. Leading a team of 18 members in januari of the said year to a team of 70 members within the span of six months. with a quarter to quarter growth of 150% in our output/volume of work. This incredible success journey was made possible through the optimalisation of the fullfilment daily operation by dissolving unnecessary steps in the process, motivating my proficient workforce, orienting, coaching and training of staff that help us get the best out of everyone and at the same time making sure that the daily administrative work is also taking care of. I guess, you can describe me as a multi-tasker. However, it has never felt tasking because of the fact that i was enjoying the challenge. Moreover, i was also busy with my parttime logistics supervisor study at the same time. Which i successfully completed in that academic year. Currently i am more task to oversee the processing system and intervene in the daily operation when needed. because we have recruited extra leading hands in the warehouse over the last 13 months to strengthen our growing team.
