      1 to 1 and small group training in the park. I often use Boxing for Fitness as a basis for high intensity workouts but am also known for a range of other things which work up a bit of puff. While the martial arts aspects of boxing may not instantly appeal to everyone; many find the ballistic nature of the exercise a refreshing antidote to the stresses, and sedentary nature of, modern urban life.
