  - Successfully concluded and executed the payment for Aircraft Repair Task of ALH MK III for FY 22-23, totaling 182 crore under Other Capital Procurement Procedure (OCPP) in a time bound manner.- To overcome imminent shortfall of Unit Entitlement (UE) for ALH fleet, ensured introduction of new production line at Naval Aircraft Yard (Kochi) (MRO) by augmentation of manpower, Ground support Equipment (GSE) and critical spares.- Led an extensive study on Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) worth 560 crore for the ALH fleet. This initiative aimed to enhance operational efficiency, optimize maintenance processes, and ensure sustained aircraft performance. The study resulted in cost-effective and mission-ready operations, contributing to availability of aircraft.- In order to support ALH operations at detached location (Maldives), ensured availability of techno-logistics support within a budget constraint of two crore per annum. Show less - Towards effective production of P8I aircraft (Boeing 737), conceptualised and executed contracts for procurement of mandatory spares, repair orders/ Annual Maintenance contract.- To enhance the operational availability of P8I (Boeing 737) Ground Support Equipment, conceptualised and commissioned 20 by type GSE worth 110 crore through foreign source to 40 crore by indigenous sources, actively interfacing with development yard and Quality Assurance agencies for trials and commissioning.- Effectively coordinated timely production of multiple P8I aircraft through in-house capabilities and ensured saving to exchequer worth 50 crore to ensure aircraft availability for operational commitment.
