  IBM Tivoli Storage Manager – 3rd Level EngineerPrimary responsibility to manage TSM environment. Environment consists of over 3600 nodes backing up over 2TB daily to TSM servers. Client platforms include AIX, Windows, Netware, Solaris & Linux. TDP agents include Oracle, MS Exchange cluster & MS SQL Server clusters.TSM production environment: IBM P770, TSM 7.1 Library Managers, 2 x IBM TS3500 with 10 TS1140 drives each (latest gen IBM 4TB media). IBM V7000 disk subsystem. 6 x TSM 7.1 Servers (configuration for different tiers of storage for customers).22 TSM servers (AIX lpars) running on AIX (TSM 5.5.4.2). EMC DataDomain: Experience of replication and recovery with DD160.Excellent documentation skills: I have written numerous TSM upgrade and TSM database recovery guides for internal use in Sungard. Have also recovered both TSM library managers and TSM server clients.Familiarity with TSM client cluster installation and configuration: Microsoft clusters (fileserver, SQL & Exchange). Experience of Windows Exchange 2010 DAG backups. Backup experience of Netapp filers.Use of 3rd party tool “Servergraph” to manage and monitor TSM environment.
