Students are encouraged to develop as a fully contributing team player, while nurturing the leadership skills vital to performing pivotal roles in complex programmes.During the course test pilot students captain multiple aircraft types and conduct evaluation flights on around 18 types, many of which have been specially modified for test training – including Alpha-Jet, Avro RJ, Gripen, Hawk, Tucano and variable stability aircraft.
