      Live show on TheHubLiveRadio.com supporting many charities including Our Forgotten Neighbours.Shell Health were unable to support me at my time of need and I have been unfairly dismissed. Officially on payroll until 23rd March 2025 and appeal process to follow. A company have a duty of care by law and Shell have broken the law and this will be proven in the court of law and not by an unfair disciplinary hearing I had. Very disappointed by Shell behaviour who show no signs of care to it’s employees and prefer to use very old processes. Processes DO NOT REPLACE human acts of kindness, care and compassion which management are meant to have as they are managers. I wish someone can explain why this happened but I have my own explanation and it is very simple. Shell Health Processes are used to swiftly remove employees so managers are not burdened by helping their fellow colleagues as allegedly they are “not trained for this”??? This surprises me as every human being whether manager or not should be able to listen to a fellow colleague in bereavement, but instead he is labelled and harassed and treated like a criminal with no human interaction for over one year which is enough to cause even more distress to the individual. Shell, I am so disappointed and hope with non-Shell legal support we will get to the bottom of this mess and hope Shell learn to treat their employees or any associate with the same amount of respect you would like. I served the company well and the company before Shell. Clearly Shell need to learn from Rio Tinto. I hope to see Shell at the next AGM and will have questions for the stakeholders whom I served well and I have deep respect for each and every one of them. Surely, rather than following a damaging Shell Health process Shell can improve? Or will you wait until In am dismissed and change it as you did ask how it can be improved so I guess you will change it but dismiss the employee who’s life you ruined first.
