  I help Emerson students/faculty over the phone and in person with their computers and technology. Whether removing viruses, reconnecting laptops to the internet, configuring smartphones, or other technical issues; I'm part of the team responsible for making sure the student/faculty technological experience goes as smoothly as possible.I also work as a Lab Assistant, where I monitor on-campus computer facilities, make sure the labs are in a presentable state, solve printer issues, and help people with basic software needs.Finally, I teach introductory on-campus workshops in Final Cut Pro X. Given it's recent introduction, a lot of people want to know whether the redesigned X is the right solution for their editing needs, and it's good to be able to show people whether it's the right software choice or not for their demands.
