      I am responsible for overseeing the organization's Professional Military Education and serving as the Senior Enlisted Leader. I interfaced with command teams across 3 Air Force Wings/28 organizations, acting as the subject matter expert for program, school management, and faculty enrichment and development. I led a team of four instructors and directed the scheduling for 1,300 course hours, developing 350 Active-Duty Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Active-Duty Navy, and Active-Duty Coast Guard personnel. Additionally, I navigated three multi-organizational learning systems and maintained/guaranteed school accreditation and affiliation with the Community College of the Air Force and The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. I managed a $1.7M facility, a $30,000 annual budget, a $185,000 technology account, seven graduations, and $50,000 in contractual services, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for all students.
