The position requires a natural ability to show empathy and deal professionally with a variety of difficult and sometimes emotionally challenging situations. Strong communication skills are required to be able to relate positively to, and engage with a wide range of people in high profile positions. The role requires strong personal and professional presentation, as well as attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. I am responsible for sales and local marketing of the care home & actively seek referrals through external business development and networking, often without prior introduction.
