This encompasses a range of components, including, moving glass, fixed glass, window regulators, and door access systems. My role involves managing these components from concept through to launch at the manufacturing plant, ensuring Supplier Parts Submission Warrant (PSW) is achieved in line with programme timing. I work within the Agile framework, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process issues, and applying my expertise in product creation, delivery, and change management to deliver high-quality results. My work also includes creating 3D geometry using Catia V6, enhancing my capability with AVA, and consistently maintaining a customer-first mindset to deliver personalized, transparent, and dependable experiences.
