I attended to many transition meetings, gave frequent feedback to the project manager and also participated in many interviews where we… Show more I was nominated for the BT Role Model Award by the Head of Service Operations because of the contribution I provided during the work transition from United States to Hungary.I was selected by the management to review all the documents, the Sharepoint, the processes, that our colleagues in US used and to prepare the whole training plan for our new joiners. I attended to many transition meetings, gave frequent feedback to the project manager and also participated in many interviews where we selected the members of the new team. After we decided who will be hired, I ordered every access to each member in order to have all the necessary tools by the time they began. I held the majority of the training for the new joiners and planned the workload we can take over each week. I have also created numerous tests for them so we could see how they are improving and which the areas are where we have to focus on more.The transition was really smooth and successful so the whole senior management was amazed by our great work.
