  Résumé professionnel:En tant que Senior Manager Education, Je suis responsable de la vision, de la stratégie, de la conception, du suivi et de la qualité de la prestation du programme d'éducation au Cameroun. Ma mission est de soutenir le programme d'éducation et de protection de l'enfance d'IRC Cameroun (à travers ECHO, Sida et PRM), de diriger la conception et le développement de nouveaux projets axés sur l'éducation et la protection de l'enfance, et d’assurer le renforcement des capacités du personnel National et des partenaires engagés dans la mise en œuvre des activités d'éducation et de protection d’IRC Cameroun. En tant que Senior Manager Education, mon rôle est de veiller à ce que les projets et les programmes s'alignent sur les lignes directrices du Local Education Group (LEG) et sur les politiques gouvernementales. Je m’assure de l’intégration des activités éducatives et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les coordinateurs nationaux couvrant d'autres secteurs tels que la relance économique et le développement (ERD), la santé environnementale (EH/WASH), la protection et l'autonomisation des femmes (WPE), et la protection et l'État de droit (PRoL).
