  I was completely responsible for the electrical maintenance and servicing of all electrical equipment, and systems including standby generators, boilers, autoclaves, theatre electrical and mechanical systems, air conditioning systems, and machine maintenance. My duties included: tendering and purchasing,  in addition to design liaison with architects, consulting engineers and suppliers with regards to the new standby generator system.  I handled all associated administration and budgeting for electrical maintenance, and managed the fleet maintenance of eight vehicles. I requested a transfer to the Rosebank Clinic, where I handled all maintenance and mechanical matters My role included the construction of the new pharmacy for the clinic, which involved building, plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry finishes, all service-electrics, piping, sewerage, and drainage.
