  - Innovated overlay recipe creation process by developing Python package to efficiently parse, filter, format, and label coordinate data from raw .txt files, reducing working time from 2+ hours to 5-10 minutes per new device and minimizing human error- Created overlay data pipelines to aid in efficient decision making and management of thousands of overlay paths, including identification of paths with high failure rates or abnormal data signals- Audited inline metrology (IM) spread statuses of all devices in the fab and executed IM spreads for 30 devices (up to 22 recipes per device), resulting in a 5% increase of daily average IM utilization. Collaborated with Systems team to develop an automatic IM spread status monitoring system to maintain high IM utilization- For all new 11nm/14nm devices, created, spread, and managed 40+ overlay recipes each on all ASML YieldStar (YS) overlay tools, keeping lead lots on schedule and resulting in accurate overlay data for all wafers produced- Performed process qualification of new overlay tool by managing paths and gathering data to confirm stability, accuracy, and proper interfacing with all systems, safely bringing the tool to production- Coordinated with equipment engineers and technicians daily to manage overlay wait WIP and troubleshoot overlay failures Show less
