      As an SRC I was given the opportunity to perform a vas array of tasks for one of the company’s RPO client in the area of volume recruitment. These included conducting telephone interviews for Technician, Collections and Customer Service roles, selecting candidates to be presented to Hiring Managers as well as performing pre- and post-interview administrative duties. For several months, I remained the sole coordinator responsible for the Collections role recruitment – working closely with the CRMs, I was able to provide 100% fulfillment for the role as well as shorten TTO to 9 days on average (SLA being 23).I have also taken care of onboarding, by conducting offer calls and drafting employment agreements. Here, I have also had a chance to offer my support in coordinating background checks and verification calls and collecting Right to Work documentation, ensuring compliance throughout numerous process and legal changes.After 6 months in the role, I was entrusted with onboarding Future Careers candidates, working, in this capacity, directly with the client. As part of this campaign, I participated in adjusting processes throughout the implementation of Oracle. My role involves daily contact with the client and candidates (via email and telephone).
