  As an Application Engineer for the Books Detail Page Team, responsible for the product page of all books sold on Amazon, I managed 200+ weekly release cycles, handling defect resolution and code deployments. I set up pipelines and infrastructure for automated updates, created over 20 metrics for product features, and developed dashboards and alarms for monitoring. I also participated in on-call rotations, resolved 200+ security and software risks, managed campaign migrations, and debugged issues in both production and testing environments. I generated monthly tech reports, deprecated unused AWS resources to cut costs, and configured SOP run-books and auto-bots to streamline ticket management. Show less As a Manual and Automation Tester for the Amazon Web View (AWV) Team, developed from Chrome Web View for Amazon Echo, Fire TVs, and tablets, I conducted manual and automated testing for each release cycle. I performed performance tests, analyzed results, and reported findings to QA and developers to improve APKs. I also created new test cases with QA teams to address testing gaps and executed automation tests on local and host farm devices, resolving minor script issues such as updating XPaths.
