  SInce February I moved to the position of General Manager, Customer Services and After Sales. In this role I lead 25 staff in the customer services department, and I am responsible for the department’s function across the organisation. As GM I am responsible for elevated resolution ratios for all post sale and invoice queries. In this role I was the business lead for our online after sales management tool, which serves to enhance customer satisfaction and retention though online tracking and management of after sale queries. I am always available to my staff and provide personal coaching and assist in skills development on a regular basis. Show less For just over a year I was SAP lead for Project Emerald, where I oversaw the SAP rollout for a national company integration program. Leading a team of 20 subject matter experts, I was accountable for business transformation, super user development and test cycles. I designed ‘go live’ support packages and managed the delivery of end user training. Driving change management activity was integral to my role as business lead of a major stream.
