      Product Design & PM - Electronic Visit Verification mobile app for home healthcare workers to report their services rendered to their employers. (October 2024 - now)Product Design - Recovery Support B2B & B2C SaaS (July 2023 July 2024, Remote U.S.):Led UX research, product design, and strategy for a startup focused on addressing the unmatched needs of people with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), working cross-functionally with the cofounders and partners on their UX and content strategies. Responsible for designing external stakeholder-facing visual assets and leading DesignOps, using Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Loom to facilitate remote team collaboration. I employed a comprehensive suite of UX research methods to gather insights to inform design iterations and next steps, including primary research, such as stakeholder and user interviews and secondary research. I regularly collaborated with domain experts on UX research initiatives and synthesized qualitative data to enhance our product strategy. UX Research informs my design decisions, ensuring the development of intuitive and impactful experiences. My work helped secure our acceptance into a competitive accelerator program. The client transitioned from having no formal records to recording financial transactions weekly, totaling thousands of entries over three years.Web Design - E-commerce B2C (2020, Argentina):I designed and built an e-commerce shop on Tienda Nube, managing the client project entirely in Spanish and implementing their established brand guidelines.Service Design - Omni-channel E-commerce/Retail (2014-2016, Austin, TX):Through observation and analysis, I ideated and implemented initiatives that increased revenue and improved employee productivity, onboarding, and customer experience (CX). I proposed and managed a new revenue stream that surpassed sales from the boutique's website.       As a caregiver for a loved one, I researched and implemented metabolic interventions spearheaded by experts such as Matthew Walker, PhD, Christopher Palmer, MD, and Dr. Jason Fung. Our collective efforts resulted in my family member reversing their type 2 diabetes, healing many of their chronic symptoms, regaining the ability to work, and study toward a Master’s Degree in a technical field.
