Created and implemented the operating model for the single entity. Principal Executive Officer responsible for regulatory supervision of the firm. Chaired the firms operating committee and was on the board of directors. Led the $260 million technology project creating a new platform for the combined firm. Oversaw the conversion to the new system. Responsible for the build out of the firms new New York City headquarters which included, at the time, the City's largest single trading floor. Show less

We treat organic waste for agricultural clients and municipal wastewater utilities helping them cost effectively dry harmful bio-solids and livestock manure to eliminate pathogens, reduce volume and provide a clean, odor free byproduct that can be used as a safe fertilizer. Responsibilities include raising capital, assisting in the development of the firms business plan and strategy, overseeing the launch and operation of the business and creating the infrastructure required to run the company.
