  Responsible for integration of CYTA Disclosures team and systems as well as ensuring effective compliance with company’s Corporate Governance, GDPR, Risk & Business Resilience policies and Information Security standards across Data Disclosures. Responsible for managing the Core Network and Transmission Support teams activities, for the deployment of systems software upgrades & updates and HW modernization projects in Transmission & Core Networks infrastructure and for coordination of complex network troubleshooting actions related to products, services & corporate and retail customer complaints. Responsible for the compliance with company’s Risk & Business Resilience policies and Information Security standards. Responsible for the development & coordination of 2nd level support teams in Athens and Thessaloniki.
