Feedback: 98% of survey respondents agree or strongly agree “Overall, this experience was worth my time” and 95% agree or strongly agree “I would recommend this training to others.” Communications Mentorship Program- Designed and implemented a new mentorship program specifically for junior level female employees in the Communications business unit. The program had 98 participants (49 mentors and 49 mentees).- Led the project life cycle: created program content, pitched program to executive leadership team, sourced participants, matched mentors with mentees, and reported the survey results of the program to key executive stakeholders.
