  As an Asset Manager for the NY Transmission Asset Management team, I am responsible for managing projects and programs within the capital portfolio and executing work in line with the Capital Investment Plan to maintain over 6,000 circuit miles of 69kv, 115kv, 230kv, and 345kV transmission assets. This requires collaborative work with Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and external contractors. I am involved in projects throughout every step of the process, from cradle to grave, and possess thorough knowledge of National Grid's capital expenditures, along with key engineering terms, practices, and regulations. Key responsibilities also include grading and interpreting engineering drawings, inspection results, and reviewing the condition of assets in the field to determine the needs case for Transmission line capital projects. In addition, I mentor cross-functional National Grid interns through the company's Gridtern program and have lead intern activities for the Transmission Asset Management Department.
