  1.Intently Study of Preliminary Assessment reports of BUET.2. Periodically visit the factories to identify the current situation, concurrently provide the engineering solution to authority for upgrading the structural condition of the buildings, and also support them to overcome the drawbacks of the structural components.3. Deeply observe the different sorts of Architectural, Structural design, drawing during the field inspection.4. If Retrofit require that time, frequently monitor the construction zone for ensuring the quality of full tasks.5. Discuss with the BUET practitioner about the overall process, concurrently consult with them to overcome the major complications.6. Preparing the monthly progress report and submit to the Project Director.7. Under my direct supervision, Three manufacturing companies successfully received the ‘Business as a usual certificate’ from the DIFE, simultaneously Seven factories completed the all mandatory requirement for the final visit from the RCC.   1.Analyze the Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) reports of the different types of ready-made garments building.2.Conduct the Internal Review meeting with consultancy firm about the various issues of the DEA report, drawings as well as FEM model.3.During the Task Force meeting with the expert of BUET, illustrate the actual situation of the overall structural.4.During the retrofitting construction provide the technical support by utilizing the proper engineering knowledge. 5.Completing the overall activities, arrange an official visit as well as prepare a visit report, because after our official inspection all the factory receive the Business certificate from DIFE.6. Beside this engineering tasks I have to do the managerial jobs a) Maintain the master tracker, b) Scheduling the Internal meeting. c) Organizing Task Force meeting. d) Reviewing the structural reports of the field engineers. e) Conducted monthly meeting with the Engineers about the working progress. f) Forwarding monthly report to the Project Director & Lead engineer Show less
