Responsible for all aspects of acquisition of the US Army’s Aerostat program to include development, testing, system integration, production, fielding, sustainment and product improvements with a $200M+ annual budget. Balance cost, schedule and performance to assure Warfighter requirements are met and the best value for the Army is achieved. Actively manage a global team of approximately 300 personnel, consisting of core and matrixed government civilians and supporting contractor teammates. Support global activities in multiple OCONUS locations across two Geographical Combatant Commands.
