  Currently assigned as the Product Director for the US Army’s Aerostats Program. Responsible for all aspects of acquisition of the US Army’s Aerostat program to include development, testing, system integration, production, fielding, sustainment and product improvements with a $200M+ annual budget. Balance cost, schedule and performance to assure Warfighter requirements are met and the best value for the Army is achieved. Actively manage a global team of approximately 300 personnel, consisting of core and matrixed government civilians and supporting contractor teammates.
