  I did a 5-month project followed by a 3-month internship.- Designed a new derail device with AutoCAD (feasibility study, drawings...)- Modelled a switch rail and studied the effort applied to it with Microsoft Excel.

  Young Starter

  2-year young graduate program: 3 missions of 8 months in different departments of STIB-MIVB. Alongside the missions, trainings and activities are organised for developing soft & hard skills.- 1st mission in the Metro's Risk & Safety Team. I discovered the operation, technics and incident investigation of the metro. Then, I developed an Incident Management Procedure which gathers all the tools and rules for structuring, harmonising and making durable the incident management for Brussels' Metro. Moreover, this procedure includes a multi-criteria incident categorisation (validated by the Metro's management). Finally, some specific topics have been tackled such as door problem management (creation of a flowchart) and incident reporting of the duty managers (creation of a template & use of Change Management notions for implementing it).- 2nd mission in the System Integration Team for transversal projects of the infrastructure department. My main project was the renovation of Tram Depot of Avenue du Roi. I was in charge of the technical coordination of a part of the studies and the follow-up of construction site. The coordination was made between STIB experts, the external research unit and the building contractor. Within this project, I took care of a smaller one. The purpose was to design and build, in another depot, a platform that could welcome a machine that replaces PCC wheels in the pit (where trams maintenance is done).- 3nd mission in the Business development team for the migration of Hastus for the tram and bus departments. Hastus is a software for creating the trams and buses routes, managing the vehicles and the planning of the drivers. (In progress) Show less
