      Responsible for the customers consulting, regarding the voice & data subscriptions. I have administrated the subscriber’s accounts (account information, voice and data services activation for post-paid and prepaid SIM, billing detailing, payments confirmations, retention programs and claims).I have offered technical support to the Vodafone dealers, troubleshooting for the GPRS services, post-paid and prepaid SIM.I participated in the "retention" program for individual clients and corporate. I have negotiated the customer benefits and my efficiency was between 70 and 75 % clients retained. Show less

      Manage a team of 4 Technical Customer Services Representatives, as a part of the Help Desk department. In charge of the Level 2 technical checks for data and internet services, after which the engineers from the technical department NOC IP and NOC SDH can identify the network issues within Romtelecom telecommunication network.I represent the Level 1 on trouble escalation list for national and international customers.I track the evolution of the maintenance and upgrade works in order to improve the services quality, working with both technical and commercial departments involved and with the national & international telecom operators;I generate the periodic re ports considering the Romtelecom’s telecommunication development for the voice and data services. These reports are supplied to the technical and commercial departments and to the strategic national and international customers. I monitor the operators access in the areas of Romtelecom’s custody, coordinating technical and administrative cooperation between Romtelecom and customers.I am the Assistant Manager for the Help Desk Department Manager, for whom I generate the daily activity reports concerning the trouble tickets and planned works.I am the designated shift leader to attend to operational meetings providing ways to improve processes and internal collaboration between departments completed through operational working procedures.I have created the wholesale customer satisfaction survey, posted on the Romtelecom‘s web site (Customer Care Satisfaction Survey 2008). Following the good results obtained the Business Support Division - Carrier Services has acquired Quality Management System of SR EN ISO9001/2008.In 2010, 2011, 2012 I was delegate to represent the Help Desk Department for the External Audit in order to maintain and develop the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of SREN ISO 9001/2008.
