The products are typically under manufacturer warranty or are covered with an extended warranty. I am based from my home and I set my own schedule with my customers (M-F, normal business hours), I enjoy free online Certification Programs (certifications in Dell, HP, and IBM/Lenovo), and I am paid per Service Event with Gas Mileage Reimbursement (most within a 50-mile radius).
