We created a project charter to gain funding via a grant from the Gates Foundation. After approval, we created the schools from the ground up in a start-up atmosphere.-I was a trainer for Critical Friends feedback protocols. -I wrote marketing and recruiting materials for the Essential school and IBMYP magnet programs.-I attended job fairs and screened candidates for hiring for the Essential School.
