      As a Project Intern at Eastern Railway for the Bhattanagar and Baltikuri Doubling Project, I tried ensuring the project's success by applying my skills in quality control, resource management, team leadership, and technical design.I conducted and analyzed inspection tests, ensuring that project deliverables met the highest quality standards and complied with relevant specifications and IS codes. By implementing a resource management plan, I achieved a significant cost reduction, optimizing the utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel.Managing a team of 50 laborers, I ensured their productivity and adherence to schedules, leading to increase in project output. Additionally, I demonstrated my technical skills by creating 15 3-D models of various railway infrastructure components using AutoCAD. Collaborating closely with engineers, I ensured the accuracy and precision of these models.My internship at Eastern Railway was a valuable learning experience, and I am eager to continue applying and honing these skills in future endeavors.
