      • Provide administrative support to Office Manager and Athletic Office staff. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, answering phones, mailings/correspondence, Championship Reports, Board of Governors/Athletic Chairmen weekend update, updating of website, notification of calendar events’ schedule (gymnasium usage by teams), and writing memos for facility closings. • Serve as department Sports Information Manager. Prepare weekend updates and results document and work with the Athletic Chairmen, Director of Communications and Athletic Director to communicate athletic achievement to club members and to outside media, when appropriate. Oversee sports reporters and their development of website content. Responsible for department’s informational calendar or events and placement of ads with Winged Foot Magazine.• Develop and organize Athletic Department data base that includes NYAC teams’ schedules, coaches’ information, administrators’ information, and USA governing body information.• Manage all NYAC Junior Programming including NYAC Day Camp, Junior Sailing, Junior Tennis, Junior Fencing, and all newly created instructional programs. This will include application registration process, development of marketing materials, medical forms, communication with program directors and parents, and the creation of a data base.
