  In charge of the development of the several chargers and adaptation parts (cooling system, pedalbox, brackets) of the first PSA BEV platform (Peugeot 208 et 2008, Citroen C4, Opel Corsa et Mokka, DS3)It was a challenging Project with the absolute need to achieve the timing targets Working with General Motors for the development of a new car from Platform 1Responsible for the development of integration parts : fuel and urea tank, gearshifter and knobs, exhaust line, air intake, pedalbox...Transversal management of around 30 personsThe main challenges were to train GM team to PSA platform and introduce our production processes to a GM plant with minimum cost and cycletime impact Preliminary study (QCDP) for a new 2L Diesel engine : delivery of a cost/ressources/planning synthesis Creation of a complete data matrix for the utilisation of Diesel engines in Export countries Responsible for the main attributes of the engine and synthesis of cost/planning/quality/performancesResponsible for the development of Diesel engines : aftertreatment, engine control, injection strategies Development of new Diesel catalysts in a context of cost and performances improvementDevelopment of an OBD (on board diagnostic) to detect the decrease of Diesel catalysts performances during the Life time of costumer vehiclesQuality monitoring of serial parts by carrying out supplier audits Analysis of after treatment systems applied on other car manufacturers

  In charge of a team of 60 persons with the responsability to develop welding robots and machines able to produce Chassis parts and battery trays. The target of this mission is to work closely with FCA, following the merge between ex-FCA and ex-PSA. My role is to share with my counterparts in FCA (Europe and America) the detailed technologies applied in PSA on the Adaptation perimeter (cooling system, fuel system, pedalbox...), compare with FCA technologies and find technical and economical opportunities to apply quickly
