  ❖ In this role, I was responsible for developing and managing solution support strategies within the EMEA region. These include cooperating closely with solution development organization within HDS and all customers. I am also managing a team of 6 people throughout the region (2 in the UK, 2 in Germany, 1 in Russia and 1 in South Africa) and coordinating solution support with HDS call centers to be able to follow “follow the sun rule”.❖ My main achievement in this role was design and implementation of standard procedures for solution support not only in EMEA but globally❖ All solutions provided by HDS are based on storage subsystems of HDS (USP, USP-V, USP-VM, AMS, etc) using ShadowImage, or TrueCopy as dependent on solution. One of our major Deployments is JP Morgan and Chase where we have designed, developed and now supporting extensive solution based on HDS ShadowImage and TrueCopy to provide 24x7 data availability.   ❖ As Program Director for Allergan (services supplied through TATA Consultancy Services - TCS), I held the full budget and team responsibility. Direct management responsibility for the team of over 1000 individual contributors. With my team, I was responsible for complete greenfield design of new DC to accommodate all application and functionalities of existing datacentres as well as accommodate future strategic growth, including migration of non-essential applications to AWS and design of private cloud solution for R&D and other applications. The project had extremely tight timelines. The new design was based on a converged infrastructure solution by EMC. Private cloud designed from VMWare EMC and Hitachi components. All solutions were designed and delivered on time and the whole project was a huge success as we managed to deliver exactly on time and on budget.❖ We have also implemented process improvements that increased the productivity and efficiency of the internal development team and IT services overall further introducing significant savings over the budget Show less

  ❖ In the role of Head of IT I am responsible for the whole IT strategy, including the integration of digital nomad services. One of the major projects was to create a project distribution process, design the internal systems including ERP, CRM, and financial system. I have also been involved in designing several tender answers to government bodies in the UK and Europe. I have acted as a top technical resource for these customers during the tenders as well as during the delivery stages. We have implemented several 3rd party integrations using JSON and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Perl. Azure and AWS services used throughout the SaaS offerings of the company as well as for B2C solutions❖ As part of the role, I also had full budgetary responsibility for the company.
