      • Focused on Production Engineering for Spindle Service Department improved my adaptability skills due to carrying out various types of job tasks.• Designed fixtures using Solid Works skills, arranging quotations and manufacture for the design with sub-con companies enhanced my communication skills.• Introduced concepts for process improvement, helping to reduce waste time by implementing new solutions to quicken the repair process which takes planning, analytical and organisational skills. • Test rig Improvement and enhancements which requires ability to think creatively. • Provided engineering support for new model introduction (i.e. every time Spindle Service Centre (SSC) repair a new spindle, the fixtures, tooling, technical information and test equipment need to be modified or designed where using initiative was important.• Conducted engineering projects to assist in corrective actions as a result of a quality issue in the field and internal to SSC requiring me to be innovative. • Re-built, test and inspected spindles using technical drawings and check sheet helped me improve technical knowledge and attention to detail.• In charge of updating and maintaining SSC technical information, i.e. spindle assembly check sheets, and SOP’s for critical processes where awareness to the production is important.
