  - Along with operational unit responsibilities, I am also working as Process Engineer from August 2022to present for EPRF new Project (under construction) i.e. Naphtha Block(Greenfield + Brownfieldproject) which includes (Naphtha Hydrotreater, Isomerization and Reformer unit) Coordinate the review and approval of design documents during various stages of project execution. Review of PFD’s, HMB P&ID’s, Datasheets, Design documents, Equipment sizing sheets and BEP etc. Attended meetings with Licensor for engineering packages review. Review of RFQ’s to different vendors for multiple equipment procurement. Review vendor drawings and documents for compliance with requirements. Participate in FAT (Factory acceptance test) and DRM (Design Review meeting) for procured equipment. Provide technical advice on process matters that may arise during pre-commissioning, commissioning,start-up and operation. Assist the Project Management Team in monitoring contractor’s and vendor’s quality of work. Co-ordinated with Licensor, Engineering contractor, Construction contractors (Chinese) and vendors forany queries or comments during start-up and commissioning phase. Provide an operations perspective to engineering team including feedback on equipment design, processcontrols, and operating strategies Reviewing test package and punch listing during pre-commissioning and commissioning. Responsible for all brownfield work execution of project. EPRF is Crude oil refining complex unit comprised of Crude Distillation Unit, Vacuum Distillation Unit, Thermal Cracker unit and Gasoline Production (NHT, ISOM & SRR). Having products LPG , LIGHT/HEAVY NAPHTHA , KEROSENE , MINERAL TURPENTINE , JP-8 , DIESEL, FURNACE OIL. During my trainee period , i was also deputed on Utilities and Oil movement area. Utilities covers (Cooling tower , Boilers , Water softeners , Nitrogen storage , Fuel oil tanks , Treated water tanks , R.O unit & Air compressors).RESPONSIBILITIES :-Development of Heat & Material Balance, P&IDs , Process calculation , datasheets , various study reports , participate in HAZOP study and creating of operating manuals.-Monitoring & controlling all process conditions through DCS , ABB 800XA DCS system version 5.1 and PLC system.-Conducting test run of plant for further improvement in operations.-Co-ordination with Maintenance crew for routine and non routine maintenance activities as per SOP’s.-Operation & monitoring of Compressor, Pumps, Boilers, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Cooling towers, Furnace etc and maintaining the log book , log sheets & operational records.-Co-ordination with Quality Control laboratory for analysis.- Develop of production report on daily basis.- Develop crude decanting schedule as per decided crude blends.- Show less
