      As a Manager in the Technical Services Department, we assist the property management team to implement policies and procedures in the daily, monthly and annual operation of the physical property. This includes recommending planned preventative maintenance, long term capital work, life cycle planning, identifying obsolescence and recommending replacement, advising property management on new issues with respect to environmental policies, energy management, and life safety policies.
