  I have efficiently managed both strategic and operational civil engineering services, skilfully leveraging internal and external resources to drive the success of civil infrastructure programs and transport and traffic management initiatives. My responsibilities encompass overseeing resource planning, program management, infrastructure planning, risk management and technical investigations, conceptual planning, civil design, surveying, traffic and transport engineering, and project delivery, all with a keen eye for ensuring well-designed, compliant infrastructure aligned with Noosa Design Principles and industry standards.Noteworthy achievements during my tenure include my appointment as Chairman of the Noosa Council Project Control Group, where I played a pivotal role in Council’s capital works program oversight and management. I also contributed significantly by developing Noosa Council Design Principles, Signage Guidelines and Design Criteria, aligning our organisation with a consistent and impactful visual identity. Additionally, I conducted a comprehensive review of the New Noosa Plan and LGIP, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.Even in the face of challenging resource and market constraints, COVID 19, fires and floods and an influx of government stimulus funding grant programs I successfully executed the 2017 to 2023 Capital Works programs, demonstrating my commitment to delivering results.
