  Vocational high school in Sweden. This school was on the brink of disaster and about to be closed down by the National Agency of School Inspection. The school was sold and the new owner hired me as the Principal to bring the school up to sustainable quality level. During the first seven months we pulled the school trough a tough and intensive school inspection ending with a full green light approval. After this the school introduced new vocational programs and moved to a new campus in Upplands Väsby north of Stockholm. The focus is now to continually develop Väsby Yrkesgymnasium to its fullest potential. Show less

  Internationella Engelska Skolan

  Started up a new school from construction to full operation with all newly hired staff and contractors in place. Including in this is setting the organization, schedule, routines and procedures and the schools house system that we set up from the very beginning. Internationella Engelska Skolan i Södertälje (IESsö) is a compulsory grade 4 – 9 school 30km south of Stockholm in Sweden. It opened in August 2017 and has since then been very successful, many regarded it as the best school in the region. It has been at full capacity from the start and the queue for enrolment has grown by 300 percent within its first two years in operation. In 2017 the enrolled students from the queue was about 30 percent, in august 2019 it is less than 20 percent. IESsö has 560 students and 56 staff. Show less
