I've had the good fortune to work with literally hundreds of amazing people, and with the help of great mentors I've developed myself into a darn good GM, in one of Madison's highest volume restaurants across all categories.Duties include day-to-day operations, long term planning for menu development, making and overseeing scheduling for a staff of 90, overseeing food ordering operations, adhering to health department codes, handling staffing including hiring, discipline, morale and firing, organizing a management team, overseeing delivery operations to the entirety of a 5+ mile radius.
