  I'm mechanical engineer with technical teacher backgroung. I'm responsible for the grain storage plants (7 sites) operations in the West region in Hungary and the do operation support for one plant (Koronowo) in Poland. My rule is to train the new Hungarian and the Polish OPS trainee for the effective plant operation, operation excellence and high level safety culture. I was responsible for maintenance and reliability activities by the 20 Hungarian sites. My rules was planning, improving, and tracking the maintenance activities on the sites. Roll out the 5S and the new software based maintenace tracking system in the RCI.
