Management of an international client portfolio in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and America:- Processing of orders, export operations and logistics of products to EU and non-EU territories. - New products launching campaigns coordination of new products to make them known to the market. - Organize trainings by the technical team to the customer portfolio and site visits. - Draw and develop a scalable strategy for portfolio consolidation based on the needs and features of the distributors. - Mapping the performance of each customer through KPIs. 2. Carry out and coordinate the registration process of products in international markes: - Coordination between technical team and local players to register at technical level the products.- Documentation management to technically register the products. - Management of IP registration of the brand and its products in international markets.- Legal international documentation management such as: Certificates of Free Sale, Powers of Attorney, Distribution Contracts...3. Opening new markets- Creation and implementation of an internationalization strategy based on foreign market conditions, company’s competitive advantages and needs. - International market research to detect potential business opportunities. - Prospecting, segmentation, qualification and management of potential customers in the identified markets. - Contact with potential customers presenting the company and its products. - Offers preparation according to the needs of potential customers. - Commercial follow-up and management of a database of potential customers. - Identification, preparation and participation in trade fairs and industry events to promote the brand and attract new customers.
