  Under the guidance of Dr. S. A. Raju Bagadi, I worked on a research project entitled "Improvisation of the quality of the DNA isolated (along with the RNA and Protein) by Trizol based method." The project aimed to optimize the Trizol-based method of DNA isolation to improve the quality of the DNA isolated while simultaneously isolating RNA and protein from the same sample.As part of the project, I conducted experiments to test the effectiveness of different modifications to the Trizol-based method. I analyzed the quality and quantity of DNA, RNA, and protein isolated from various samples and performed gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry to quantify and visualize the extracted nucleic acids and protein.Through my work on this project, I gained expertise in molecular biology techniques, including DNA isolation, RNA isolation, and protein extraction, and developed skills in data analysis and experimental design.
