Additionally, I crafted comprehensive processes and established operating standards for Zippee's D2C (same day delivery) model across India, positioning it as the company's primary business segment.I played a pivotal role in training, launching, and optimizing the new D2C vertical in high-potential zones, driving its rapid growth trajectory.
