This includes setting and tracking KPI’s, then pulling the levers to drive the business in the correct direction.*Rationalised the product portfolioCreated and lead a strategic reduction in product lines. This involved the development of phase-out process whilst maintaining legacy support. Resulting in a 90% decrease in platforms and 75% fewer product lines. This is a complete "on-prem" framework with management software, user interface and a database to persist the information. In addition to this the tea, develop a range of physical "reader / controller" devices.The core team is spread over a few time zones but there is significant interaction with the rest of HID spread across the globe.This role has two key aspects which are building out this new team and developing a complete Biometric offering from HID.
