  Job ResponsibilitiesI've got hands-on experience with integrating and testing over 25 systems, making sure they meet all the necessary protocols. I've also provided support for more than 10 cases and helped remote teams solve over 15 issues they've faced on-site.Part of my role involves setting up protocols for our system integration department, constantly updating our reference documents to keep everything current.Identifying and fixing errors in the system, always focusing on enhancing and fine-tuning the system.Work closely with senior management and our logistics team to handle any disruptions to system dispatch and workflow, making sure everything runs smoothly.
